Summary
This particular WP (orange colour in left part of Fig. 1) is entirely under the Coordinator’s (CERTH) responsiblity, who will be managing the work of all project partners in order to guarantee the progress and achievement of the project’s objectives, maintain a good communication and collaboration among the partners and organize and manage the meetings. The Coordinator will also make sure project partners will attend progress meetings, be involved in the delivery of internal reports and ensure the timely delivery of the reports and the deliverables.
The aim of this WP is the general management of the activities to be performed and to assure the smooth progress of the project and the efficient use of resources.
Objectives
The main objectives of WP1 are:
- Coordinate the work of all project partners in order to guarantee the progress and achievement of the project’s objectives
- Guarantee and maintain a good communication and collaboration among the partners
- Organize and manage the meetings
- Ensure the timely delivery of the reports and the deliverables.
Activities and division of work
WP1 is separated in 2 distinctive Tasks, 1.1 and 1.2 (with green colour in Fig. 2) which will have as outcome 2 respective Deliverables, 1.1 and 1.2 (red colour in Fig. 2). This WP is also linked with 2 Milestones MS1 & MS2 (red colour in Fig. 2).
Task 1.1 Project management and evaluation of the results
CERTH will be responsible for the general management and coordination of the project. Particularly, all the administration procedures will be under CERTH’s responsibility to be integrated properly and according to the plan. Subsequently, CERTH will be the contact point among the partners and the European Commission.
Task 1.2 Monitoring of project activities
CERTH will monitor the progress of the project’s actions through the reporting and semi-annual meetings with the partners. In this way, CERTH will track the development of the project and will ensure that the time schedule is followed according to the initial planning. The info for the tasks’ progress will be collected through monthly communication with the partners as well.
